PJS Mouldings performs a range of additional assembly operations; manufacturing assemblies involving one or more of our injection mouldings.
These can range from the simple addition of metal inserts, to reinforce fixing points, to complex multi-component assemblies - provided as sub-components for further assembly when they reach our customers.

We can create fully error-proofed “Poka Yoke” machines, to ensure that each assembly meets exact requirements.
This eliminates the possibility of human error through each of our processes which is especially valuable to our customers wanting to reduce the level of incoming defective parts.
PJS have 5 different variants of Wind Deflectors, making components for our customers such as JLR and Maserati
Our lockstitch and overlock machines enable us to design, and build, wind deflectors to the pattern you require
Having recently invested in two new “feed off the arm” sewing machines for new projects; we design and develop the patterns required to build our range of wind deflectors.
These are pre-assembled by our expert team, then handed to our highly skilled sewing machinists, to sew the specific operations, ready for the final assembly process.
